new and need help

i'm new and glad to join. i am trying to find an answer to a question and hoped that maybe i might could find it here. i was wondering if anyone might know the north carolina minimum state ratio for cna to resident (patient). i am currently in school studying for my rn degree , but also working at a nursing center trying to keep my cna current. my problem is that i feel like my co-workers and myself are trying to take care of the most people that the state requires. any ideas what the state says?
