Hi everybody! I'm new here, so I thought I'd take a few minutes and introduce myself.
My name is Cassie, and I'm from West Virginia. I am 22 years old. I just got accepted into a nursing program at Regis College up in Massachusetts. I'll be starting in the fall.
I'm very excited about starting school, but I'm also very nervous about it. Right out of high school, I got certified as a medical assistant and phlebotomist but it's been so long since I've been in school...kinda scary.
I look foward to getting to know all of you, and hopefully someone can calm my fears. It'll be nice to have people who are going through the same things as me to talk to. :)
Congratulations...Are you pursuing the BSN at Regis? Best of luck. I'm sure you will love New England. I was also just accepted to the Direct Entry BSN/MS program at Regis. Not sure if that is where I will end up though.
Anyone familiar with Regis College (Weston, MA)? If so, what has your experience been like??
I'm from WV (Mason County).Welcome to the boards. Everyone is so nice. They offer advice when you need it, as well as stucy hints,etc. I graduate from WVU-P in December and I'm 46 years old. I wish I would have started my career when I was your age.Good Luck!
