I am a new LVN grad. and have been sending out my resume with no results. HELP !!! I really need to find a job, I want to work. If anyone has any ideas I would be most appreciative, I am at a loss as to where else to look.

Where have you been applying? If your heart is set on getting into a hospital, you might be jobless for a while because most DFW area hospitals have stopped hiring new grad LVNs.
In addition, sending resumes is often ineffective for a new grad with no experience. Once the hiring managers and recruiters see that you have no experience, some will toss your resume aside because new grads are frequently regarded as too expensive to train.
You are going to have to hit the pavement. In other words, you are going to have to dress in a presentable manner and walk into facilities to apply and submit your resume in person. Do this for all of the facilities within reasonable commuting distance from your home, even if they are not advertising for a nurse, because many jobs are not advertised.
The job will not come to you in this recession. It's the other way around: you've got to come to the job.
Passed my boards but of course do not have any actual nursing experience other than my clinical experience......can not find anyone who will hire me without experience !!! This is so very depressing. I have hit the nursing homes and I apply to EVERY job posted. Any advice would be appreciated.

been there done that .... just go from facilities to facilities to apply in PERSON . got 3 jobs that way as a new grad. also on your application put lvn / med tech , meaning you will be willing to pass meds for a lesser amount of pay.
