Hello, I recently passed NCLEX. Anyone knows any facilities willing to hire new grad in Austin,Dallas, or Houston? Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance

All three of the cities you've mentioned are glutted with far more new grads than they can handle. Your chances for employment would be exponentially greater if you picked a destination at least 100 miles away from a major city. In other words, look for work in a small city or town that is not a suburb of a major city.
Abilene, Waco, Tyler, Marshall, Longview, Lubbock, Midland, Odessa, Eagle Pass, Lufkin, Nacogdoches, Wichita Falls, and Texarkana immediately come to mind as places with better-than-average employment prospects for inexperienced new grad LVNs.
Personally, I live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and the unemployed new grad LVNs in this city are numerous. There are simply not enough jobs for all of the new grads being pumped into the local employment market.
If your heart is still set on a major city, I think that El Paso and San Antonio are your best bets due to the large military presence and the burgeoning populations in those metro areas.
