New LPN going into LTC

Hey everyone, I am practically a brand new LPN with just 6 months working in an outpatient wound care center in a hospital. Unfortunately our unit is closing forcing layoffs. I've been applying everywhere and was offered a job in a LTC facility. Being that I have no other experience besides wound care, I don't feel like I am confident enough to take on the LTC role. I know it takes time to get adjusted and everything learned in school makes it's way back, but I don't want to become so overwhelmed that it comes to the point where I want to quit. If anyone has any advice or tips for LTC it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!
