Have you applied to a state and passed NCLEX?

Jobs currently are very hard at the moment with a lot of US nurses struggling to find work. i suggest you contact hospitals in the state/s you want to work and discuss with them either H1b or GC but if GC you will in most cases be affected by retrogression and looking at several years wait as it currently stands
