May I ask why you applied if you don't even want to interview?Interview experience is always good.
You are so right, interview experience is always good and needed. I certainly intended to take the job when I applied. Last year when I was hired and declined the offer I was told the pay rate, a rate much higher than what I was told the other day. I was told their PRN employees are not not paid based on experience, which bothered me (I am interviewing for a PRN position).

I will try to condense this as much as possible...
I am in nursing school, and that is my priority.
I currently work PRN at a small community hospital as a phlebotomist.
I have an interview next week with a major hospital as a PCT (I was trying to get a student nurse position and they do not have any). The problem is that last year I was hired by this large hospital, but declined the position. Would I be "blackballed" in their system if I called Monday morning and declined the interview?
I am overly concerned about my future as a nurse, and earning my first job. I am not even 100% that I will live in this area after I graduate.
