New hire as charge nurse in ALF

Hi fellow nurses! I just got hired as a Charge Nurse at an Assisted Living facility and my training starts tomorrow. This is my first job as a Registered Nurse. I graduated BS in Nursing 6 years ago from another country, passed my NCLEX-RN 2010 and after years of searching and applying for an RN position, I finally landed a job near me. My problem is that because of 6 years out of the field, I kind of don't know what to do. Are there any nurses here who works at an assisted living facility? Please share your experience with me just so I can get a heads up on what I will be expecting tomorrow... :) My training starts tomorrow but I haven't had my orientation yet.
