Hello all, I recently graduated and waiting to take my nclex soon. I am in a bit of a dilemma though I can't seem to decide where I want to work city or private. I need someone to break it down for me why one is better than the other. Starting pay is not a factor right now.I also need to know if anyone knows any hospital who hires new grads for the day shift. Thank you all so much

Thank you all so muchIt really does not matter, it's where you feel most comfortable. I work in a busy private hospital with a union it's a fit for me. While some nurse prefer more laid back settings, it's all up to you.
