New Graduate Looking for ICU jobs

Hello all!

I am a new graduate from the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing and I am looking for a clinical nurse 1 position. I am in southern california right now, and am looking for new graduate positions, but the search seems really tough. Any recommendations for hospitals that seem to hire new graduates? Many of the posts I see require a year or 2 of experience. It would be awesome to find an ICU position, but I've been realizing that new grad ICU positions are hard to come across unless tied to a nurse residency program. Any new grad residency programs that anyone can recommend as well? Anything would help. Thank you!
