I am looking to see if anyone knows of any hospitals that have amazing sign on bonuses or tuiton reinbursement for those students who have accumulated debt over the 4 years of a BSN program such as myself?! any advice will be greatly appreciated

My advice would be to be very cautious about sign-on bonuses (esp. "amazing" sign-on bonuses). They look v. attractive to new grads (esp. those with significant school debt), but are often an indication that the facility has such poor working conditions or treats its staff so badly that it can't keep nursing staff.

Healthcare agencies don't offer sign-on bonuses just because they feel generous. If a hospital is willing to pay you a lot of money up front to get you to come work for them, there is often a darned good reason why it has to do that ...
