I will be graduation from nursing school with an associates degree. I from the Dayton, Ohio area and I feel like the job market is saturated with nurses. Does anyone have any suggestions for making myself marketable?

Find a hospital job now as a CNA or PCT. Getting your foot in the door is huge and one of the only ways to help you get a job in a hospital if your job market is tight. Being an internal applicant and having connections within the hospital system is very important.
