I agree, you never ever want anyone you work with to have access to what you want to share here. There are many threads about management having been given posts from others about work.!!!!!!!
I have a deep sense of trust in maybe 4 of 40 nurses... be careful and if you've already liked up as friends start a second account and never share it... because here you need to not be known by those you know.

Problem there is, if I recall correctly, having two accounts is a violation of the TOS...and based on my own experience running vBulletin forums, a person with multiple accounts is surprisingly easy to detect so they wouldn't get away with it for long So befriend judiciously.

Life lesson learned the hard way - several times.
It's not the people you DON'T trust who cause you problems. It's the people you DO trust who can bite you in the butt.

I have started giving the new nurses allnurses website. I feel there is something here for anyone needing to know and share. One down, 3 to go.
