I was recently hired to work in the community, as an graduate this make extremely nervous. I often doubt myself and my skill set. I fear that my skills are not up to par with my co workers. This position does offer a few weeks of training but after that I will be working independently and I am not sure I am skilled enough to do so. I have always had another nurse to be there if I had question.I am hoping for some advice to boost my confidence, allowing me to excel in my new profession.
