New Grad: Taking Initiative

Hi, 

I'm a new grad, first job as a registered nurse and I've only been in orientation for about 2 weeks. Knowing this is my first RN position, I have a difficultiness with taking initiative due to not wanting to make errors and mistakes, plus I'm new to the facility. I am aware I'm a new grad but what can I do to make myself take more initiative in my role as I grow into this new position?

You are still so new. Don't worry so much about taking "initiative" and spend more time learning and asking as many questions as you can.
