NEW Grad RN seeks another RN for roommate! (Royal Oak)

Hey! I'm a 35 year old white male who is graduating from nursing school in May. I have secured a great job in a Detroit area hospital and am looking for a new roommate to share a townhome in Royal Oak. I have toured a few places and have chosen Amber Square a new development available for leasing sometime in late May early June (i don't have the place yet). I have some pretty cool furniture for the living and dining areas.

More about me: I love to work, laugh, and have fun. I'm very social and do not spend much time at home or watching TV. I also work part-time for an airline and usually travel somewhere on my free flight pass just about every other weekend (There will be opportunities for you to tag along too if you like). I'm also gay, so if that's something that bothers you please keep looking.

About you: Employed, responsible, clean, fun, maybe a new RN too? (that would be fun) Male or female. You can have a cat, and be a smoker (outside only).

Details: Exchange email, talk on the phone, meet for drinks, meet some of each others friends, call each others previous landlords (sorta like a mutual background check) Must be willing to commit to a 1 year lease and provide 2 months notice at the end if you decide to move out.
