New Grad RN Pay

I would like to knkow what to expect to make as a new grad in Virginia. I have searched many posts and answers from all over the country as close to DC are up here but I need answers from RN's and LPN's living IN or have worked IN Va. Any answers would help, thanks

If you call the area hospitals and speak to the Nursing HR rep, they're sure to be able to tell you their RN salary "range."
