New Grad RN jobs in FL,

I graduated in May 2014 and passed NCLEX in July, been job hunting ever since and still nothing!!! Everywhere I apply either say they're not hiring or calls me back asking me for 1 to 2 years of RN experience. I have been a CNA for 4 years but that doesn't seem to count toward my experience. I live in Naples FL and have applied to every hospital and to every single nursing home and assisted living facility there is, I even tried applying to other cities in Florida but no luck so far

Is anyone here located in FL and having the same issue, or does anyone know of a place hiring new grads?

South FL is bad for getting a New Grad job. Try looking on cities towards the center or northern parts of Florida. Also try other States, the midwest is more New Grad friendly.

The Lee Memorial Health system has new grad internship positions posted every month for the first 5-6 days. Good luck!

Try lawnwood regional medical center in ft pierce, they are looking for new grad RN for their starRN program residency that stars in October. I hear the recruiting person was looking for like 20 RN..
