New Grad RN Job Decisions

Hi guys! I am stuck between an offer for BIDMC OR residency program and Tufts Children's float pool and PICU positions. Can anyone give me insight on the hospital and the OR specialty? I had never considered it mainly since I didn’t get a clinical rotation there in nursing school but I find it interesting the more I research.
