Hi everyone!
I have been offered a casual position at a metropolitan hospital where I also worked as a casual AIN during my studies. I understand that this will be difficult. However, I know this is a wonderful opportunity for me as I am keen to work in an acute hospital.
I would like some advice from the community on how I can survive and thrive in my new position? I have a month to go til I start and I am eager to work on any knowledge and skills that would be of benefit for my role
Thank you! :)

Is an AIN a nursing assistant?
And do you already have another job RN position and some experience or will this be your 1st RN job?
