Hi all!
I am a newly graduate RN who has no working experience. I apply for the graduate nurse program offered at some hospitals around NSW. However, I'm a little confused by the terminology. Does anybody know what a clinical referee and a current clinical report is? Is it like a clinical instructor who I am using as a reference and a clinical report is an evaluation during my clinicals in school?
Furthermore, I am confused if I should apply to register in NSW before or after I am offered a job.
Please help!
Thank you

A referee is someone who gives you a reference. Presumably clinical refereee is someone who can speak to your clinical abilities (which would have to be in school if you're a new grad, unless you have a part time nursing home job or something).
I would apply for registration first, so that there is no delay if you're offered a job (unless there's a fixed start date?). Sometimes they need a job filled asap.
