I talked to the recruiters when I went for an interview and they said they were asking the units to let them know by Monday so hopefully not all units have decided. Still hoping!

So a lot of units don't make decisions for a while. Like I know PICU typically takes a longer, sometimes over a week after interviews are over to reach out. Most people hear back around Monday/Tuesday for most units from what I've heard.
