New grad programs in Louisville, ky

I'm looking for advice. I am set to graduate in March 2018 with my BSN and I am moving to Louisville during that time. My school does not offer an externship or preceptorship. I am open to working in any department for experience but have my heart set on labor and Delivery. What new grad programs are out there in Louisville and how much of a deficit is it that I don't have preceptor experience?

Also when do most of these programs hire?

Next will probably March-April, about every 3-4 months. We hire a lot of new grads.
