New grad Pay Knoxville, TN

I’m graduating in the fall with my ASN. I’m having a hard time finding new grad pay rates at local hospitals. Most of the forums say $17-$20 hour but the posts are very old. Anyone work in Knoxville and know the current starting rate and differentials for UT Medical Center, Tennova (Turkey Creek & North Knox), East Tennessee Childrens hospital and Fort Sanders? Thank you!

I know it sounds stupid, but check out @kay_bsntobe on tiktok. She has a link to an up-to-date excel sheet for each state that shows the income for RN's in each specialty, with years of experience, any extra bonuses, shifts, specialty and cities. It should help!
