I am on track to graduate in May 2022. My girlfriend of 3 years already has a great job in the tech industry in Los Angeles and I plan to move with her. From what I've researched it's hard landing a job in LA. I feel like my resume is pretty competitive. I've worked as a tech for about 7 years in multiple settings. I also want to specialize in pediatrics and have a lot of volunteer experience working with kids. Does anyone have any advice on applying or hospital recommendations?

I don’t think you will have a problem finding a job. Nurses are in short supply and in high demand. Even in the ER I work, we are hiring Tele and med surg nurses whom we will train. Before the Pandemic, we only hire experienced ER nurses. Not anymore!
