I am graduating next week in Texas but my family is moving to Broomfield, Colorado at the end of May. I will take the NCLEX in Texas in June and have a compact RN. I know a lot of hospital systems have a hiring freeze right now. This is a second career for me. Anyone in the Denver Metro area have any insights? I prefer women's health but would work in almost any field (except ER) to get the experience. Thanks!

You’d have to apply everywhere even if it says experience requires, look into nursing residencies, check indeed, hospital websites, volunteer, network, nursing homes. It took me 450 applications to get my first job So best of luck!
