New Grad and LTC facility

Anyone know how much a new RN grad would earn at LTC facility in Northern NJ? Anybody ever hear of Van Dyke Manor? Any opinions on it??

I have heard of Van Dyk Manor...I currently work for an x-ray company that goes to that facility b/c they don't have radiology or ultrasound services on site...Keep looking, trust me! I know your pain, I have applied to every hospital around!!!

Hi Rajan -

They are not hiring right now, unfortunately. The big problem is that internal people get first crack at jobs. So if, for example, a F/T job comes up there is usually already an RN in the building doing P/T or per diem who wants it. Apparently I got very, very lucky.

If you don't mind me asking nycNurse2b what is the name of your facility you can PM me the info if you'd like. I know you said they are not hiring I am just curious to know the name of the facility
