New Grad LPN

Hi everyone!!!!!!!!!! i am a new grad LPN and am just waiting on my ATT to schedule my test. I am planning a move to GA this year and was wondering if anyone had any advice for me as a new grad. i was looking at Kaisers website and they seem to have alot of job openings but I was wondering if anyone in this forum had worked with a union hospital and let me know the pros and cons. I would really appreciate any info on pay for a new grad and job availability. I have been a PCT at a large hospital for 3 years and have multi unit experience. I appreciate any info you can give.
