Hi everyone I wanted to reach out to all the new grads and let you all know that Loma Linda Medical Center is always hiring for new grad RN's. If you go onto their job website and view all the nursing job titles (Clinical Nurse B), that's a new grad position (long as it doesn't state "not a new grad position.") The key to getting into Loma Linda is a good cover letter, letters of recommendations, and persistence!!! Keep on submitting as many applications as you can for all the new grad positions and call HR to inquire about your status applications. The HR staff are really nice. I submitted 6 applications and got called to 2 interviews. I was offered 1 position but didn't get the other position which I am so thankful to GOD for. All Glory to God. Make no mistake about that :)
Riverside County hospital aka Riverside University Health Systems also hire new grads, you just have to really read their job posting because it won't say "new grad," but in fact it is. So just read RUHS' job posting very carefully because most of the time, they don't advertise new grads.
San Bernardino also hire new grads, just check their job website!!!
I hope this helps some of you out.
Best of wishes and success on your job search journey.
Take care.
