New Grad interview question

Anyone who recently graduated nursing school knows the job market stinks. I was fortunate to be offered a RN position with a Dialysis Clinic in July (I only got the interview I knew one of the managers). For numerous reasons I really dislike dialysis (I dislike the actual field of dialysis but do enjoy my co-workers) and still continued to look for other positions while working. After 4 months, I finally have an interview with a hospital. My question is what is the best way to explain why I'm looking for a new opportunity without appearing flaky? Is that even possible? On applications I have put "Looking for new opportunities in nursing" Is there way to elaborate on the comment that without turning off the recruiter? Thanks for any help and good luck to all the new grads out there!

Talk about your passion in that field of nursing. Something like my current position has allowed me to develop my professional skills blah blah but... my true passion lies in this type of nursing which is why I'm looking for this job. Or I would like to increase my clinical competency by working in acute care. Acknowledge that you appreciate your current employer and be positive about your experience there. Personally, I wouldn't say that working for four months makes you flaky. With this economy I think most recruiters are understanding of this kind of job switch.

Or if you like the organization talk about why it's important to you to work there.

HappydayRN has it right. I would be sure to include that you really like all of your current coworkers and the facility is great; but you want to do more in an acute care setting.
