So I am a recent new grad (this past Saturday) and I have an interview in the ED where I work. Can anyone give advice on the interview process?? What types of questions can I expect? I want to be as prepared as possible. Thanks!!!!!

There are a million questions on this forum -- search for interview questions and they should all pop up. But, the main ones you should be prepared for are:
Why nursing?
Why this hospital?
Why the ED?
Almost guaranteed they are going to ask you one or all of those questions.
Also, be prepared for the infamous -- "Tell me about a time...". So, have a few scenarios in your mind about a time when you had a difficult family member/patient/co-worker....or when you felt your proudest moment as a student..etc.
Lots of good info on this site up already. Good luck!
Great! Thank you!!!

I went on my first interview this week and it was nerve racking, they asked me a lot of questions for example:
what are your strengths and weaknesses in school?
how would your class mates describe you?
what would you do if.......
how would you handle......
hope it helps!
I took my final final today and passed! Pinning and Graduation this weekend!
Awesome! Thank you... and congrats! Hope you get it =)
