I live in Maryland. I can nnot find a job here. I would like to move down south somewhere eventully. Ive been thinking about just moving and find a job. How hard is that process? What states are in need? In this area we have so many colleges and arent in need.

Eastern Kentucky
What are some of the cities names?
Anywhere in Eastern Kentucky....Ashland (Kings Daugters Medical Center), Hazard (Hazard ARH), Paintsville (Paul B. Hall), Prestonsburg (Highlands Medical Center), Pikeville (Pikeville Medical Center), Whitesburg (Whitesburg ARH), just to name a few.
Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, and Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville are probably are the 2 largest in that list. Pikeville is currently undergoing huge expansion.

Get a job before you move. No point in moving somewhere with no job no income and no way out

I was curious so looked up Pikeville's website and they have only one position open in nursing. It is an experienced position. King's seems to only have one position as well and it's case management.
Trust me....there are positions (the website always looks like that). I'm an educator and ALL of our new (as yet unlicensed grads) have signed papers for (RN) job offers.
Our grads (University of Pikeville) almost always have jobs lined up before graduation.
I would recommend calling HR.
I am planning on getting the job before i move. Just need to know who is hiring.
