Hello, I graduated Dec 2012 and passed my boards April 1st. I have been looking for jobs all over the 5 boroughs, Long Island, Westchester and even NJ (near NYC). I am desperate because I have no experience. I started nursing school right out of high school. I have only worked at a store and on my college campus. First of all should I put that on my applications/resume? Second, I did not put it on my Albany Medical Center application because it is not nursing experience. And speaking of Albany, I applied two weeks ago and I am yet to hear from them. Can anyone give me any insight as to how their hiring process works? Where else can I apply in upstate NY (not Buffalo, heard it is dangerous). I gave up on the downstate area because there is too much competition. So where do you suggest? I applied for 3 positions (the limit) at Albany, do you think I have a good chance of getting in even if I left my employment history blank? Will they even consider me?
