New grad - Any online education/certs to get while job searching?

New grad looking for online education ideas while job searching. Obviously volunteering is something I am looking into as well. If anybody knows of any good online courses that will help me put things together and learn things I can use when I find a job (med surg, labor and delivery, public health?) I'd love the info. Money is not a big issue, thankfully at the moment.

I am in a rural area and traveling to the big city for seminars is not something I could do right now with children.
