I'm not sure about pay, but I do know that in my area, they have practices that will eventually get them in trouble with CMS rules and regs, as they regularly use enticements to maintain high census within nursing facilities and assisted living facilities. (Like giving them free services if the facility gives them 5+ patients, etc.).

I'd proceed with caution.

The market is very tight and some practices are on the border of being ethical. The marketer's (or liasons) are given wide berth to promise and then it is up to the Case Manager or Admission nurse to deliver. Always do the right thing and document...document...document...
