New CNA!! Need JOB!!

Im new cna since june 2011 I'll be applying everywhere and no body hire me. Why? I know I dont have job experience, but how I'll get it if I dont have work. PLEASE HELP WITH ADVISED!!

Have you just applied online or have you walked into each and every LTC in your town and handed them a nice resume on professional resume paper and told them thank you for reviewing your online application? I had applied to the five facilities in town and did not get a single interview until after I went into each one and thanked them for reviewing my online applicaiton. Three places called me back to interview and only two were kurt in their response that they don't take resumes and only look at online apps that HR forwards them.

Have you tried Home Care or Hospice? I work for a Home care company and they are always looking for new employees to cover all the clients. I was hired within a few days of interviewing, and our agency is even begging there own employees that if they know anyone that would like to work for them tell them about the company. Home care places have such a broad range of people that need different services and you can have a say on what shifts and how many hours you want to work.
