Don't worry. Look for employee parking when you pull into the complex if they have a section, or ask a roaming guard. If not, you can leave your car in the visitor's section and ask information or front desk where employees normally park.
When you head in, just go straight to HR. They should point you to the right direction as to who you will be reporting to, they might even page someone to get you and show you around. Good luck and don't be scared!
So I was just hired for a CNA position at a rehab/retirement center. This place is HUGE. It's four floors and I will be floating amongst all floors. Super worried that I will get lost; I am sure I will.I start tomorrow, and I still have to turn papers in to HR including direct deposit and tax papers.
I start at 230 pm, but I don't know where to go or park! I don't know which floor to be on. Should ?I just go to the receptionist? I don't have any phone numbers besides HR. I also don't know anyone, obviously. They didn't do a good job explaining where to be at what time and who I should meet with. I am so nervous.
Who do I talk to? Human resources? What would she know about my position besides the hiring process, right?
Any tips for the first day of a CNA position?
Thanks in Adance.
