I am about 4 months into a new job without any prior experience as an MDS Coordinator. I am still making small coding errors which is getting me discouraged. I feel maybe I am not detail-oriented enough to be successful. Is this normal? Is this cause for concern? Should I get a prescription for ADHD medication to see if it helps?

Hello to all!
