I found a new BSN program that I thought some people might be interested in (though it is outrageously expensive).
Its at West Coast University, Anahiem. They just started a new basic BSN program that is 3 years long and includes all of your GE courses as well. The terms are 10 weeks long for 36 months.
It's a new program so when I talked to the school over the phone the woman made it seem as though it wasn't THAT difficult to be accepted(I may be mistaken). They require an entrance exam that is pretty much college level English and Math and she said about 25/200 questions are on anatomy/physiology questions. You need to score an 80% (she said most who get accepted score about85) to qualify for admissions and there are still seats left for the November term, and they will be having another application open for April sometime next year.
This school is fast paced, and I wanted to let everyone who may be interested in a short BSN program know about it.
I would be interested except for the money. Its $37,000 a year! (I don't want to be in debt that much).
But if you have the money, I'd say go for it.
