Patience. I was able to communicate with them before when I had inquiries. If you live in Manila, then it is better to visit them, or if you live far from Manila, I suggest that you visit PRC's regional offices(the closest to you).

they should put a little more diversity into the board of nursing....they should put LOUISIANS in there!!!!
