Well, halfway through first semester pretty much, considering I have mid-term eval's next week. It's not as bad as I thought it was although I have noticed a frequency in sudden anxiety onset and insomnia. I hate to admit this but, I actually love Nursing School. Am I strange or what? I have no trouble getting up and out of bed in the mornings to get to class or clinicals. I'm pretty confident that I will make it....although nothing is for sure, I do keep a positive outlook and attitude on it all. OH and I gave my first injection today (yay!) LOL. Thanks for being so supportive!

hi !! your half way through the first semster... no it's not as bad as people make it out to be.. i never had to take that semester because i did the bridge program. i am sure you will do fine on the mid term.. no your not strange to love nursing school .. you will be a excellentg nurse.. congrats on doing your first injection.. there will be lots of new and exciting things to come.. keep me updated .. i am happy to support you and keep you positive..:balloons:

The time will fly by! It seems like it wasn't so long ago I was in my first semester, nervous as heck, wondering when it's all going to come together. Now, with two months to go, I'm taking full patient loads in clinical, and have come a long way with my knowledge of nursing.

I, too, love nursing school - I don't think that's weird! At this point, though, I'm just ready to get it over with!

Just about done with the 3rd block (fudamentals). I started in August 2007. It is a lot of studying because the passing grade is 90%. We have a big class (82), so it gets a little crazy, but so far USN is great!
