Hi all! I start my first hospital clinical tomorrow. My pt is on Neutro-Phos 1pkt bid. I can't find this anywhere! I looked in my MedDeck, textbooks, can't find a standard definition of this or what it does. The closest thing when googling was that it is used and that was about it. Maybe I'm overlooking it. Any and all help appreciated @!!!
Thanks

[color=#007000]are you sure it's not neutra-phos (with an 'a' instead of 'o')? it's in davis' drug guide under that heading :)

I have Neutra-Phos in my Saunders Pharmaceutical Word Book 2004. Also Neutra-Phos-K. Maybe if you change the spelling you can try to research it again.
("Powder for oral solution oTC phosphorus supplement")
:)
Thanks! That's what it has to be. My clinical instructor is somewhat notorious for bad hand writing and spelling. Thanks again!!
