Neumann university is a scam. They will accept you easily they don't normally round they will fail you for a half a point. The professor s do not help. Only 35 to 40 students graduate each year. And it's students that have repeated classes. If your black you better not go there it's a very races nursing program. If u look at the graduation pictures u will only see one black person please don't go there. Away your options. I've been at Neumann for 3 years and they on have one black professor that just started this year.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience there I will say that it is normal for nursing schools not to round. If 80 is passing and you get a 79.75, you would've been out of luck at my alma mater.
I can't really speak to your other points, but racism is a pervasive problem and many students of color have been discriminated against in nursing school.
It's "racist," not "races," though. Spelling and grammar really do matter.
I'm typing with my cell phone so I really don't care about grammar I have a BSN already and a great career.
I understand that many schools don't round. They would passed white students that failed if they needed the extra point.
Unfortunately, you could be right about that. I wish I had more advice for you But if nursing is your passion, you will find a way. We all do.

I applied to Neumann and was accepted I chose not to.go.because it was just too expensive for me. I have a friend that's in the program and she is on the deans list. Now she hasn't persay got into the nurses partime program yet. She is almost done with her prereqs. Then I guess she will start the nursing part. So far she has no complaints.
I don't know what happens once she gets to the nursing bridge part but she is a black women doing well...so I don't know..
