Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Progams?

I have been searching online for a list of Neonatal Nurse Practitioner programs by state or how many NNP programs exist.I cant find anything. Does anyone know where I can find a list of schools that have this specialty? Also, is it really tough to find a position in NICU? Thanks!
