I am writing about how to properly teach a client/patient nutrition after having gall bladder removal surgery.
I need to include visual aides, how would I teach a patient to follow it in a effective way.
I already know that since that have no gall bladder eating foods high in fat is not good because gall bladder is no longer there to assist in breaking down the fats. Eating high fatty foods will cause diahhrea(sp).
Any ideas how I should start this....am I headed in the right direction and just need to elaborate more? I don't understand how I would use visual aides to teach nutrition after the surgery. Any ideas or comments would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,

Visual aides include what you can see with the eye: videos, TV shows, posters, pamphlets, and patient education sheet.
2-3 sentences re "since that have no gall bladder eating foods high in fat is not good because gall bladder is no longer there to assist in breaking down the fats. Eating high fatty foods will cause diarrhea"
Simple one page form with pictures of good foods to eat---foods to avoid .... voila done!
