Need support for Daughter just failed NCLEXRN

Hi guys, need some support, advice, recommendations for my daughter who just found out she did not pass her NCLEX RN. She is devastated, felt she studied all she could and is worried her hospital will not hold the job she was supposed to start at now. She needs to find work while she is studying to take it again. Any advice as to how to make sure she passes next time and what jobs she could work at in a hospital as a RN grad without a license? Thanks for your support. She waited two weeks only to get the letter in the mail today. This has not been a good day. I feel helpless. I am also finishing my prereqs for the RN program at 49 and am scared to take that NCLEX RN now. Why do they make it so hard on us to become nurses???? Thanks for any support, advice, anyone has to offer. You all were my support system during nursing school to become an LVN and I respect your adice. Thanks!!!;)

Thanks Sir. My daughter has already emailed Suzanne. We need help right now. She must pass the next time. This is so stressful. I am a nurse too and I don't know why they make it so difficult. I know she studied her butt off. I jsut don't understand. Thank you for your advice and help. I really appreciate it.

Suzanne's program is excellant and your daughter would find it much better to take some time out, relax and then start studying. You usually have to wait a period of time before you can re sit and is it fair for her to rush and she is not ready and fail again.
