No a perfect score is not necessary. The NCLEX is a computer adaptive test. You need to be above the minimum competency level to be considered a passing score.

I'm confused as to what exactly you are asking. You need to successfully pass the NCLEX in order to become an LVN or RN.

Does anyone know I there are any medication calculations on the exam and if so what kind should I study... Also are there any specific medical abbreviations to know? I live in canada and this exam is a lot more medical than ours so if anyone can give me any more tips to study from it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Do you have any NCLEX prep resources such as Kaplan, Hurst, Saunders, LaCharity? Kaplan offers some free NCLEX prep resources on their site if you register with them. There is also NCSBN LearningNext online test prep.

You can review the NCLEX test plans here: https://www.ncsbn.org/1287.htm

I only have one calculation in the exam. It depends on the computer that will give you. So far it's all about the medication calculation

Is pearsonvue trick really confirms that either you pass when there's a pop up?
