i need a math class to apply, which???

i applied last semester but got a letter telling me i did not meet math requirements, tried taking the accuplacer college-level math twice but could not make a 64 :crying2: I had an 84 on elementary algebra about 3 years ago, what do i need to take now? coll. algebra (1314-.....)? is elementary statistics okay ( 1342- .....) help!!!

Did they tell you either college algebra or stats? If so-I say stats all the way.

If not- you need to find out exactly what they are looking for.

well heres the thing.. technically you need intermediate algebra... but the school emphasizes for the degree you need statistics.. i hear you can the RN license without having the ADN.. but once you have the RN you cant go back and try to get the degree.. i dont know how true that is..

Depends on what your school is looking for. My school asked for College Algebra or above and recommends Math Modeling since its all word problems. And FYI- the math I'm doing in nursing school is basic math so don't freak out about how much of it you will need in nursing school. But get whatever they need done and Ace it!
