i live here in melbourne... holmes regional is probably the busiest hospital in the area... they are adding a huge cardiac center, and they are adding a new floor each year for i believe the next five years... we have two Weusthoff hospitals in the area... one is in Melbourne and the other in Rockledge. The one in Melbourne is barely a year old, and a wonderful facility. My husbands uncle is an RN in that hospital and loves it... I guess choosing the best hospital to work in depends on exactly what you are looking for.... Holmes is definetly busier..... However, in my opinion, Wuesthoff is a nicer facility....and Palm Bay Community is a very small hospital ....well, i know it wasn't much help but if you have any specific questions... ill be glad to answer, and if i dont know the answer i will be sure to find it for you.

Alot of hospitals have websites with job postings, etc.

I found that http://www.hospitalsoup.com is a good website. You can do a hospital search for whatever area you are looking at and go to the hospitals web site if they have one.....
