Interview Questions to follow:

1) What qualifications must you have to be a PHN?

2) What is the role of the PHN?

3) Where do you work?

4) What is the role of the PHN in terms of disease prevention?

5) What is the role of the PHN in terms of disease surveillance?

6) What is the role of the PHN in terms of disease treatment?

7) Do you work with patients or research or both?

If you are a PHN and can help me with these questions it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time!

Anyone? Or perhaps someone might know where i could find what I am looking for. thaks a bunch.

I was going to suggest that you also post in the Public Health Nursing Forum, but I see you already did. Hopefully one of the nurses there will step up to the plate for you.

Thanks to those of you who have shown interest. I can still use all the help i can get. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm beginning to think public health nurses are very rare. Anyway research suggests that they are. I am still very interested in hearing from a PHN if there's one out there. Thanks for all the help, I am very grateful.

Maybe because you've limited your survey to nurses with a master's degree.
